At the age of ten, I discovered the art of portraiture through a book that became my guide and inspiration. With its guidance, I created my very first self-portrait, followed by portraits of friends and family members. By the age of fourteen, I had the honour of receiving an honorable mention at a youth painting exhibition at the Estoril Casino in Portugal. A year later, I proudly secured second prize in a school-organized painting exhibition.
Undeterred, I continued to hone my craft, delving into landscapes, portraits, and the human form as my primary themes. These artistic explorations led to several exhibitions where I showcased my work. Today, I remain passionate about painting, mainly working with acrylics, and have recently ventured into sculpting busts.
